Calvary's Youth Ministry provides opportunities for youth to learn more about God and deepen their faith through serving, mission, fellowship, and conversation. Here they will grow in community and continue on the journey to know Christ and make Christ known. Below you will find information regarding upcoming youth and family events. Youth & Family Programming

Kindergarten - 7th Grade
We have resumed our Sunday in-person Youth & Family programming during the 11am in-person worship services (there is still a virtual Zoom option). Please note that preregistration is required. Sign in now occurs in the Welcome Center for both Youth & Family Ministry programming as well as for worship attendance. We ask that only one parent come to the drop off/pick up location which is now just outside the 2nd set of worship doors outside the Youth Center. Personal water bottles are allowed. We must abide by Calvary's safety protocols to include face coverings and physical distancing. Please be prepared to promptly pick up your children after worship. For the time being 8th-12th graders will continue with hybrid programming and pop-up events. Nursery and preschool will be opening soon but unfortunately is not yet available. Pop-up opportunities for youth to gather with peers and adult leaders for faith based fun and fellowship. This group also partakes in events throughout the year including retreats, mission trips, camps, service projects, and much more. All are welcome! Confirmation Ministry
8th & 9th Grade

Confirmation is a two year ministry that gathers during the school year to intentionally prepare our youth for the journey towards celebrating their Affirmation of Baptism. We do this together through many experiences both inside and outside the walls of Calvary. Over the two years, students will study the: Ten Commandments, Lord's Prayer, Apostles' Creed, Sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion, as well as the Lutheran identity and specific topics associated with Calvary.
